A good decision, Danny was thorough, worked cleanly and was pleasant to have in the house. He explained everything clearly and gave me a few tips on how to run my home heating and water. A week later his advice is working well. Price more than reasonable.

Very accommodating regarding choice of different type of boiler to that they normally fit. Arrived on time on given day. Staff were polite, courteous with a sense of humour. Did not waste any time throughout the 4 days. I have used James Broadbent on previous occasions when an emergency arose. The staff were again very thorough and didn't leave until I was happy. I would not use anyone else and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have recently had an old boiler replaced and the whole system power flushed. James and his team were prompt, professional and polite throughout the process. They gave good advice, answered technical questions, turned up when they said they would, and performed a neat and tidy job. I would definitely recommend them for any domestic heating requirements.

Would highly recommend. Our boiler couldn't be fixed, but they sourced and fitted a new boiler the next day. They arrived when they said they would, completed the work in one day and any queries I had afterwards were answered promptly. Very polite, and left everything tidy. James and his team were fantastic when they came and fitted our new boiler. They were on time and work hard throughout the 3 days.. They were all so very helpful and approachable.
We also had a sink fitted and new radiator which was done within the days of fitting the boiler, this just goes to show how well they all cracked on to get the job done.
After completion James checked in the ensure all was working well and we were happy with it. He ensured everything was sorted with the warranty as well as getting the certificates.
We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends as they are a fantastic team and they work is value for money!

We needed our very old boiler looking at and James contacted us the next day and came to look at it, within two weeks his team were here fitting a new combi boiler. They were very professional, friendly and they arrived on time each day. We were very pleased with how tidy they left the job too! Only several days later, we had a pipe leak (our own fault) and within 15 minutes of calling James, a member of his team came round and fixed the problem. Very impressed. Highly recommend.
